Reckitt Benckiser Inc., the makers of ELECTRASOL® brand products, is pleased to receive your submission ("Submission"). We welcome your interest. Since we may wish to post your Submission or publish it elsewhere, you must read and accept the terms of our Submission Agreement below before you send your submission to us.

We do this because we want to avoid any possible misunderstanding and to protect you and Reckitt Benckiser Inc. Any submission by you is on a non-confidential basis and in accordance with standard Reckitt Benckiser policy.

In consideration of Reckitt Benckiser Inc. ("Reckitt Benckiser") reviewing your Submission and the opportunity of posting your Submission on one or more of its websites ("Website(s)") or in other media, you accept the following terms and conditions:

• You represent, to the best of your knowledge, that any idea, suggestion, concept, invention, recipe, information or material ("Submission") which you submit will be original by you and that no other person has an interest or claim in that Submission.
• You acknowledge that Reckitt Benckiser and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not receiving your Submission in confidence and that no confidential relationship is created between you and Reckitt Benckiser at any time. Reckitt Benckiser does not undertake to maintain in secrecy any Submission.
• You acknowledge that Reckitt Benckiser and its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not liable for the loss of any intellectual property rights available to protect your Submission as a result of providing it to Reckitt Benckiser or otherwise.
• Reckitt Benckiser is not obligated to adopt or post your Submission, or pay any monies or other consideration for any use of your Submissions, nor does your Submission obligate Reckitt Benckiser in any other way whatsoever. Reckitt Benckiser may use your Submission, and may change, alter or modify your Submission, without compensation, and post it on the Websites which are available for world-wide viewing or may use or publish the Submission in any other media or form within its sole discretion without further consent from you. Reckitt Benckiser may use your Submission in any other manner within its sole discretion.
• All other claims you may have of any nature whatsoever arising out of any Submission or disclosure you may make to Reckitt Benckiser, its parent, affiliated or subsidiary companies are hereby waived.
• Reckitt Benckiser accepts no responsibility for the safe arrival, improper or incorrect reprinting or posting or handling or return of the Submission.
• You agree that the name on your Submission may be posted on the Website and/or published in any other media, within the sole discretion of Reckitt Benckiser. Reckitt Benckiser is not obligated to post or publish your name. 8. You agree that you are bound by and subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of this Website.
